Pro Plugin is doesn’t work

    Hi Acowebs,

    I bought Pro plugin after 2 month of usage free plugin, and what I see – pro plugin is doesn’t work. I suppose that case is why free plugin updates often but pro plugin is still 3.3.7 Version (doesn’t work with a new versions of WooCommerce). How to use it? I try to write ticket for a Acowebs <[email protected]> – but no-one answering me.

    Your Pro plugin is old or your business is Fake.
    Please help me asap.

    Hi,

    Sorry for the inconvenience, we have tested the same on our local server, its working fine with the latest version of woocommerce. Can you please share the screenshots of the active rules so that we can check the same and get back to you with the updates, also please check if you have set any expiry in the schedules.

    For pro or commercial product support please contact the developer directly on their site. This includes any pre-sales topics as well.

    As the developer is aware, commercial products are not supported in these forums. I am sure they will have no problem supporting you there.
