    I recently purchased a lifetime license for the pro version of CartPops. In the past three weeks I have requested support three times and my e-mails have all gone unanswered. Is this plugin still being supported?

    This topic that you reported is in now way a “Guideline” violation but it will be closed to new replies.

    Pro or customer conversations are not permitted on this site for anyone.

    For pro or commercial product support please contact the developer directly on their site. This includes any pre-sales topics as well.

    As the developer is aware, commercial products are not supported in these forums. I am sure they will have no problem supporting you there.
