    I purchased Wise Chat Pro in December with 18 months of support and updates (under a different email address), but haven’t received any notifications of updates or a way to contact support.

    I happened to notice that the plugin has an update, but I can’t find a way to download it or access support options. I tried using the contact form on the site but got no reply.

    How do I get to the support and updates I paid for?
