    Hi,

I can’t get support from support, so let’s try from here. I have translated WPUF module with loco translator and it works fine. However translations do not work in the Pro module. The Loco Translate module says that there is a problem with the template. I’ve tried to do without the Loco module manually with files and still the translations don’t work. I’ve downloaded the translation files from the link I got from support, but they don’t work eather. I sent support a video and an example of a template issue. I created admin user for my pages for the support and access to the server, but the support never went deeper into the problem, only linked generic instructions to solve the problem. I will probably have to make the translations directly to the php files.

  • Hi @recon66,

There are a few ways to translate WP User Frontend plugin. To easily translate the WP User Frontend plugin, always recommend using the Loco Translator Plugin. Please watch this video, and follow the steps on how to translate the plugin using the Loco Translator Plugin.

I’ve tested the translator for the English language, but you can test it in any language. I hope this information will help!

Thank you very much. The issue was in the file name. I have been fighting with this for several weeks and brought it to your customer service to inform you that there is something wrong with either the instructions or the template. The customer service is constantly generically directed to make the translations according to this instructions https://wedevs.com/blog/25394/how-to-translate-wedevs-theme-and-plugin/ and to download the files from here https://wedevs.com/account/translate/projects/. As you can see, the names of the files are different from your video and nowhere is it stated what the files should be called. On your video: wpuf-pro-xx.po on your instructions: wp-user-frontend-pro-xx.po. This would have saved time on both sides if this information had been known immediately.

    Thank you Saiful!
