    Hi team.

    My client has lost 10 emails in 30 days because the Google email has been disconnected.

    I have seen that in the pro version I can see the failed emails sent.

    If I buy it now, will the failed emails before the purchase appear?

    Hi @alegomis,

    Thanks for reaching out! I apologize, but the WP Mail SMTP Lite (our free version) does not have the feature to store email logs.

    Because email logs are not stored in WP Mail SMTP Lite, they will not be available even when you upgrade to the paid version. So, only emails that are sent after the paid version has been activated will get stored and accessible in the backend when the Email Logging feature is enabled.

    While our Lite plugin isn’t able to collect or store email logs, I suggest reaching out to the authors of other plugins you have installed on your site, such as a contact form plugin, to see if they have a way to recover those email logs.
