We recently bought PRO version of the plugin, but did not receive any link/code do upgrade, please let us know how we are supposed to proceed. We also contacted WP Studio support by e-mail in order to get this resolved.

As the author is aware, commercial products are not supported in these forums. As you are their customer I am sure they will have no problem supporting you there.
