    Greetings,

    I really am enjoying the pro version and look forward to what comes next. Everything seems to be working fine. Still learning everything that I can.

    One question though, and please forgive me but there is very little documentation for the pro version. Nevertheless I think this does it for both. When you delete a ticket, does it also delete all replies or should you go in and delete replies first then the ticket?

    Thanks. I will be adding documentation for PRO once all the new features I’m working on are done (hint: there’s still more features in progress!)

    Yes, deleting a ticket also deletes all replies from the database, so need to delete the replies first 😉
