    I’ve used the plug-in and think I might benefit better from the Pro version, which has more features. I’m not able to view your website, which returns and error and isn’t able to connect.

    Is the Pro version still available? Also, is the free version still supported, since I note it hasn’t been updated for nine months or so

    Hi,

    our site is live and working. However can you please send me what error you see while accessing our site? please.

    And our pro version is active and have latest updates regularly. And we are also working on new version for Free and Pro soon it will be released.

    I’m still unable to reach your site and the failure message is as follows

    This site can’t be reached
    The connection was reset.
    Try:

    Checking the connection
    Checking the proxy and the firewall
    Running Windows Network Diagnostics
    ERR_CONNECTION_RESET

    well it’s really strange. I checked with site with ping tool and also customers are reaching purchasing our plugin daily. Which browser are you using?

    I am really sorry for this and I am also worry why my site is not being accessed by you. Or may be other user facing same issue. Because we don’t get any feedback from others. And we checked our site in all browsers and locations it opens so easily.

    By the way in which country you located?

    Hi,

    You might want to check the server logs if you have access to them from your host for banned IP addresses. It’s possible that there is a block on certain countries and we are in the UK

    Well we just checked with UK via VPN and we can access the site. May be your date is older or something. Can you please check with some PC/system?

    I have located the problem by using an IP from a different ISP provider and I am now able to access your website.

    So to my original questions:
    Is the Pro version still available? Also, is the free version still supported, since I note it hasn’t been updated for nine months or so.

    we Yes PRO version is fully supported and since version 10, we have now core plugin here on ww.wp.xz.cn and pro version is distrubuted as addon. So this basic version is actually the main version.
