    I bought the PRO Version of Robo Gallery. The money was sent to Robosoft, but I didn’t receive an activation code or any information. I contacted the Robosoft Support and opened several support tickets. Absolutely no reaction.

    I read, that this also happend to other costumers. What should I do?

    Please just check ticket in our ticket system we have posted there copy of the registration email.

    After your purchase we get mail delivery error from t-online domain. In few another emails you specify email domain as t.online so that’s why , I guess you didn’t get email after purchase.

    Also we have sent another copy of this email from another mail box from gmail.

    Please check your mail box and if you didn’t get this mail please send email to the contact form to to the tickets from another mailbox and we’ll re-send you your account details one more time to another mailbox.

    For pro or commercial product support please contact the developer directly on their site. This includes any pre-sales topics as well.

    As the developer is aware, commercial products are not supported in these forums. I am sure they will have no problem supporting you there.
