Pro version broken

I have a ticket or two in on the pro version. So far, I cannot find a combination of settings that work. I’ve tried using TimThumb and not using it. I’ve also found a conflict with the Phonon settings of JetPack. My bottom line is that it doesn’t work out of the box and doesn’t work with about an hour of tweaking. Move on. Find something else.
