PRO Version – domain change

    Hi,
    I have bought PRO version, installed it on dev domain – all worked perfectly. After migrating to another domain it is not working any more. Licence key is set properly but an error is showing up: “The license key provided cannot be activated. Please check that you have entered the correct license key.”.

    Of course I switched the plugin off on dev domain.

    Do I have to buy another licence? Or there is a way to make it work?

    Hi, you should have sent this issue via the EdgeWebPages.com contact form – I get those a messages lot quicker.

    You need to log into your EdgeWebPages.com account, and then within your Account Dashboard open your Order within ‘Orders’. Then you will be able to deactivate your existing license key, which is linked to your DEV domain. Then you will be able to register SA on your LIVE domain.

    have bought PRO version

    For pro or commercial product support please contact the author directly on their site. This includes any pre-sales topics as well.

    As the author is aware, commercial products are not supported in these forums. I am sure they will have no problem supporting you there.
