Pro version don’t find dups

    Hi,just bought the pro version hoping it will be better to find duplicates than the free version.

    Disappointed : it only find a very small number of duplicates while when I load my content file on local and run a dedup app it finds more or less x10 more.

    Any solution or refund ?

    Hi Eric / @esquipulas —

    Sorry to hear that! Two options:

    1. If you send us an error log to [email protected], we can see if there’s something preventing the indexer from finding duplicates.

    2. If you have a lot of pictures of the same thing, but the images are not exact copies, then it won’t work. I’d be happy to provide you a refund — just let me know if that’s the case (email [email protected]) and I’ll take care of it first thing on Monday.

    Hi Monica, sorry, didn’t saw the answer. Thanks. Truth is that I remmove the plugin, so will be happy to get refund if possible. I’ll write to you right now. Thanks again.
