    Hello,

    I have paid for the PRO version as I needed the extra options it has.
    Sadly, there is an issue with your plugin, causing it to have missing options in the customizer.

    In specific it is missing:
    1 )Tracking display layout – choose from Table display or simple text display.
    2) Hide Shipping Date – hide the shipping date from the tracking info widget.

    As a result, the PRO version is unusable.

    I have detailed everything on your PRO “support chat” but until now, there has been no answer.

    Not a very good start, functionality and support wise from your side.
    Hopefully you can get back with a reply after reading this.

    Hi,

      the Advanced Shipment Tracking Pro comes with a new improved tracking info widget design, you can customize it in any way you want but it’s not a table as it’s designed to be responsive and some email clients do not work well with tables in the email on mobile phones.
      The “Hide Shipping Date” will be added to the customizer on the next release (in 1 week) of the AST PRO. The next version of AST PRO will be standalone you will no longer need to use both the free and the PRO, this will make each of the plugin versions to be more optimized and will require our users and customers to use only 1 plugin.

    Hi,
    I will wait until next week then for the new release. Hopefully this will be solved and I will not have to ask for a refund since the plugin works but for some reason you guys decided to cripple the pro version which does not come cheap btw.

    When will the new standalone pro plugin will be released? It has been 2 weeks now and you mentioned that it would be available in 1 week.
    Any updates?
