Pro version is not activated

    I upgraded the free version to pro version. When I try to install the pro version plugin it displayes the following message.

    Unpacking the package…

    Installing the plugin…

    The package could not be installed. No valid plugins were found.

    Plugin installation failed.

    Return to Plugin Installer

    And my pro version features are not activated. Please help
