Pro version licence renewal

    I’ve been using using a business licence for this plugin for a couple of years now. I’ve just been to renew my licence again and although you say you’ve sent me an email with new licence number and download link, I haven’t received it yet. It’s been about 2 hours

    I have of course checked my spam box and I’ve also requested a second email to be sent with the details but that hasn’t been received either.

    I’ve also sent you an email from the contact form you your website and ticked the box under the form that says “send a copy of this email to yourself” but I haven’t received that.

    Unfortunately, using this forum to provide support for commercial plugins is against the forum rules.

    I replied to your email but it got rejected by JunkMail. I’ll try sending the reply from a different address.
