Pro Version – no activation

    I have paid for the pro version – only need it for 1 year so I dont need an auto renew and have cancelled the PayPal auto renew – has this cancelled also the year I have paid for?.

    I have not had any activation email – how can I activate the pro version?

    Hey @lucindareddyhof,

    first of all, thanks for beeing a pro user!

    Since it’s not allowed to do the pro support here in the forum, could you send a small e-mail to [email protected]?

    The short version: I checked your license and everything seems fine. The subscription was cancelled successfully and you get updates and support to the end of 2019.

    Maybe the account mail went in to your spam folder?

    Let’s check this in further via mail.
