Pro version not as advertised

The plugin seems to work as intended… However, when I purchased the Pro version and discovered that it was not an “unlock”, but a separate plugin that I had to download and then upload to the server I requested a refund. Unfortunately, I needed a plugin that was available through WordPress directly. I explained this to BackupGuard, and was told that they could not refund my money. We are now pursuing a payment dispute through Pay-Pal.
