Pro Version not loading until page refreshed

    I just purchased the Pro edition yesterday to get the responsive feature – now the timer doesn’t show up on the first page load, you must refresh the page in order for the timer to show up. Please provide a fix or a refund.

    Same problem me too! I bought yesterday the pro version, but dont work. Not load the countdown lots of times, just after that I refreshed the page. Have any idea what is the problem?

    Same problem. The free version was fine, but the paid version has the problem. If there is no fix don’t charge people and take the download down.

    I have THE SAME ISSUE.

    You have to refresh and every time you refresh it shows and when you refresh again it doesn’t show. Then refresh and it shows again.

    It’s crazy. I can’t figure it out.

    So many PAID customers with same issue and still no solution

    Hi there, I’m having the same issue except my timers won’t show up AT ALL. They showed up when I originally placed them on the page, and have since disappeared and not come back.

    Please either fix this or provide a refund.
