Pro version – horrible support

The support is a completly waste of time.
Don’t waste time and money with this plugin.
We buy this plugin and installed on Salient (one of the most famous themplate) and not work.

So we decide ask to the support and give them the access like admin.
After 22hours waiting for a reply David write:
“Which plugin? And what are Panels?”

We think it is a joke.. because we wait 22hours for this reply!! This mean that he don’t open website and don’t try to access at admin and don’t KNOW THAT IN YOUR PLUGIN there are Panels!

So we explain him that he should know what are panels of his own plugin and he reply us that we have to write in other support forum… (other days)
So at the begin seem that the support of main website QUAD is not the same support of “quadmenu”. Ok we went on “quadmenu” support and wrote exactly the same question and after 17hours the reply of the same person “David” (yes the same person!) was:

Maybe is a conflict with a theme or plugin.

–> Thank you genius!!! Is obvius that is this!!!
So after 1 week to wait a obvius reply we decide don’t use this plugin.
1 week to the garbage and 15$ less. Good job David!
