Hi,
If you set the WooCommerce option Default Customer address to “Geolocate”, then WooCommerce find out the country of customer by his IP and “Price Based on Country” display the prices and currency for this country.
Geolocation by IP is a WooCommerce feature added in WooCommerce 2.3.
