    more than a week ago I made a support request after purchasing the Pro version – from the form provided by RSSL Pro. I have compiled all the required information, such as …

    license key
    scan results
    your domain
    .htaccess file
    debug log contents
    list of active plugins

    … and sent it off. Unfortunately so far without any answer. Is there any hope that it will still come?
