Pro version stopped working

Hi,
I think I updated the standard plugin, and now pro is not working, it isn’t pulling in my calendars anymore, so I can’t pick the right one to show so my calendars no longer work- which is frustrating as I need to show a private calendar for work purposes – the reason I bought the pro version.I am being told there is a plugin update for pro, but it’s failing when I try to update it, I’ve tried to login to your website, but it’s saying my email address doesn’t exist.
What do I do now?
