Pro version Support – My plugin version have no activation

I’ve buyed the pro version a couple of months ago, my plugin does not have the activation function, so i can’t get support at pro forum. I’ve wrote e-mail to [email protected] as instructed here, but got no answer. There is a big market for this solution in my city and i only use original/payed plugins. Can you please answer my e-mail, at least to confirm you got my message?
