Pro vs. Free Question

    Have a client that has a large install base of images and I can see the Pro feature of being able to compress all of them at one time a great asset. However the subscription cost is NOT something that they will be willing to pay as an ongoing fee. As it is, I may have to purchase the pro on my dime. What I want to know is, if I install the Pro version and then later the client says….so sorry we cannot pay the fee. Is there a way to gracefully down grade back to the Free plugin and what happens ?

    WP Smush PRO requires having an active subscription in order to use the premium API. In case you cancel the subscription, once the subscription expires plugin will function as a free version out of a box.
