Pro website unreachable

I’m clicking through to sign up for the Pro version, which takes me to this link:

And it won’t load, none of the pages on the site seem to load. Looking at it in the Inspector, the problem seems to be that jquery.min.js won’t load, and it’s trying to load (but cannot) from google ( https://ajax.googleapis.com/ajax/libs/jquery/1.10.2/jquery.min.js ).

Suggestion: So I think all plugin-planet.com needs to do is link to a local copy of jquery instead of using googleapis.com. This has been going on for at least the last 6 hours or so.
