probem when working with wp-all-import

    Hi,
    I’m using smart image resize pro v1.4.9 and i have tried to import some products with wp-all-import.
    Unfortunately the import process stops with error:
    {“success”:false,”data”:{“message”:”Smart Image Resize: Unable to read image from path (\/home\/dev\/public_html\/oikiadesign\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/03\/6729-J84-1.jpg).”}}
    I have verified that the file is there and is readable.
    Also if i continue the import it processes the file and stops at another random file, so it kinda doesn’t make sense.
    could you please help?

    Hello @mentrik

    Have tried increasing your server memory limit to 1024M? sometimes bulk-import + resize can be a resource-intensive task. If the problem persists, please send us an example of an image that failed to [email protected] to help us reproducing the error.
