Problem accessing as Colaborator

Hi,
Our collaborators are not able to access to the ‘documentos’ (documents) page in order to upload files: after showing the header of the page, they are redirected to their profile pages.
Collaborator capabilities are:
edit_files, level_9, manage_options, sp_cdm, sp_cdm_categories, sp_cdm_forms, sp_cdm_groups, sp_cdm_help, sp_cdm_link, sp_cdm_local_import, sp_cdm_media, sp_cdm_projects, sp_cdm_settings, sp_cdm_show_folders_as_nav, sp_cdm_top_menu, sp_cdm_uploader, sp_cdm_user_logs, sp_cdm_vendors
We were changing user’s roles (contributor, author, editor, etc) with similar results. Any idea about the reasons of that unwanted behavior?
We have not made any changes in the plugin settings.
