Please make sure that you are using the latest version of the Advanced Custom Fields plugin. If the issue persists with the latest version, please check your browser’s console while updating the post and share if you see any errors there related to the updateMeta route(/wp-json/rankmath/v1/updateMeta).

If there are no errors logged in the console and you are confirmed that the issue only happens when ACF is enabled, and you are using the latest version of ACF, you should get in touch with their support and ask them to look into this since the issue is coming from their plugin.

We don’t see any errors related to our plugin in that screenshot of the browser console.
Did you take this screenshot after performing the save with the browser console open? Just loading the page won’t trigger our methods to save the metadata.
