Does the issue continue with Jetpack Comments disabled? https://jetpack.com/support/comments/
Hi @macmanx,
It works when the Jetpack comments are disabled. I also tested it with someone else putting in a comment but who was not logged in and that seemed to work as well. But the problem happens when I try to post and am logged in to my WordPress account.
Is there any improvement with all browser extensions or add-ons disabled?
@macmanx Hi James, I tried your suggestion and turned off all the browser extensions and add-ons but there was still the same problem. However when I tried to make a comment via my phone using Safari that seemed to work so perhaps it is an issue with using Firefox itself. Let me know what you think.

@drewmcn Thanks again for the additional info here. As a next step, I’d like to see if Firefox’s Content Blocking feature might be responsible for the conflict here.
Can you try disabling Content Blocking in Firefox for your site? You can find instructions to do so here:
Then, see if the issue persists when trying to comment. Let us know how that works for you and we can go from there!

I tried to add a comment to my post using the comments form which was installed with Jetpack but when I tried to submit the comment it came up with this error message:
Error: Please fill the required fields (name, email).
However I was already logged in with my WordPress user account so there was no option for me to enter my name and email.
Then when I clicked the link to take me back next to the Error message it just continued to display the error message and I had to refresh the page in order to get the comment input back again.
Could you please help me with this as I will not be able to add comments to my posts and I’m not sure if other people have been having the same issue when trying to comment on my posts.
Thanks.
