    Hi, after latest update is big problem with working. Now it hasn’t buddypress role so I can’t disable access for anonymous users (need to activate specific roles).

    When i check “Read-only For Anonymous” registered users are writing as Anonymous…

    Please help.

    I am not sure I fully understand. You enabled “Read-only For Anonymous” and there are logged in users that are Anonymous?

    Yes. I’ve been checked “Read-only For Anonymous”. Sometimes is ok for some users – they are logging in and they are writing with they username. But often some logging in users are Anonymous (for example one of superadmins still has that problem). Additionally it’s standard that logged users are displays on the list two-three times.

    OK, I am trying to find an explanation. I have additional questions:
    – Does this happen for specific user roles only?
    – Do you have selected “Read-only For Roles” or “Disable Anonymous Users” or “Access For Roles” options?
    – The user who supposed to be NOT anonymous is whole the time anonymous (since the logging in) or he/she is converted into anonymous during the chat?

    >> I have two types of users in use: SuperAdmins and Buddypress Users. This happens spontaneously, for sure for SuperAdmins.

    – Do you have selected “Read-only For Roles” or “Disable Anonymous Users” or Access For Roles” options?
    >> “Read-only For Roles” – not selected
    “Disable Anonymous Users” – not selected
    “Access For Roles” – not selected
    “Read-only For Anonymous” – is selected

    – The user who supposed to be NOT anonymous is whole the time anonymous (since the logging in) or he/she is converted into anonymous during the chat?
    >> Sometimes when the user is logging in, he writes as Anonymous on the chat (while “Read-only For Anonymous” is selected).

    Now I can write on chat as me, but often my login is twice or triply on the chat list.

    Hi,

    yes, there is a bug, I located it. Sometimes when an user is logged in and there is some idle time then the user is converted into anonymous. I fixed it and it will be released in the next version.

    As for the multiple users with the same name on the list – maybe you are logged in using 2 or 3 different browsers.
