There is another problem: After clicking on a story, it is not possible to move to the next story.

You must click on the story image to open it. After clicking on the story, the page loads once and then the story is displayed. (It wasn’t like this before.)

At first glance it looks like a potential conflict with a theme or plugin. Try temporarily disabling all other plugins, including Elementor, and use a different theme, to see if this still happens.
Could you try the production build from this link to see if it resolves the issue with the incorrect arrow position? Your help would be much appreciated.
