Problem after removing the plugin !

Hello,
my wordpress url: http://www.mywebsite.com
my whmcs url: https://secure.mywebsite.com/clients/

after removing your plugin, whenever i goto https://secure.mywebsite.com/clients/index.php

it redirects me to: http://secure.mywebsite.com/clients/announcements.php , since it is not available it gives me an Error 404 – page not found.

any idea how to fix this?

same happens when visiting :
https://secure.mywebsite.com/clients/announcements.php or
https://secure.mywebsite.com/clients/knowledgebase.php
