    Hi there,

since the last update, the mobile versions of my pages are much slower than before, or have achieved a poorer score. Before these were over 90 in the Google speed test, now they are around 70 points.

On one of my pages suddenly the a2 lazy load plugin no longer works when I activate:

    Merge JS files?
Merge all linked JS files to make them non-render blocking?

This slows down the site ….

So what happened? Is there an issue with the update to the latest version?

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

there were no big changes from 2.9.0 -> 2.9.1, so I doubt the perf. degratdation is related, but maybe try download and install 2.9.0 (so rollback) OR 2.9.2-beta and see if that makes any difference?

(while looking at the HTML source I saw you’re also letting WP Fastest Cache do CSS/ JS optimization, this is strongly advised against to have 2 plugins do this as it can cause hard to troubleshoot conflicts and this actually could play a role in the problem you describe)

    greetings from Belgium!

I’ve tried many different settings, this were the ones with the best results. I will try it with the old an new version.

I also noticed that the mobile menu on my other page http://www.benny-braun.de doesn’t work anymore. .. It should always be on top when scrolling. But now it’s only working when the Cookiebot plugin is accepted and the site was reloaded. How can I fix this?

try excluding wp-content/uploads/astra-addon/astra-addon-611290f7ad2859-63769913.js from JS optimization (and possibly also from AsyncJS) maybe?

I think the Async plug-in was responsible for the error. Whatever the reason, because everything worked before that. But that is sometimes the case with the technology and the interaction of all components. Thanks for the help!
