If clearing the cache did not worked you can try also the CDN suggestion above.

After reading the posts above. I re-installed the latest version and again I am facing the same problem. I cleared the cache but that didn’t work and I don’t know about this CDN thing.
Need help.
I don’t have any CDN plugin installed.
I have kept only these five sections on my website and following are the problems:
1. Header : enlarged and black, showing all sub menus
2. Front page replaced with slider: enlarged, not working
3. Testimonials: listed, Don’t come up in circles
4. Ribbons: Left alignment
5. Footer: compressed
