Problem after update

    Hello!
    Now after update – after visitor fills in Slide-In form and receives email – now senders name is WordPress – not my defined and email contains plain HTML text like:

    <h4 style=”text-align: center;”>Thank you for subscribing!</h4>
    <h4 style=”text-align: center;”>Download your free eBook by clicking the link below.</h4>

    How to resolve this problem?
