@surace – NextGEN Legacy (versions 1.19.13 and earlier) are becoming quite outdated … we only recommend using the current branch of NextGEN Gallery (2.0.x).
I would suggest giving that a try as we are not actively supporting NextGEN Legacy.
Thanks!

I would be very much happy to upgrade to 2.xx version too..
Can you help me out in how to update to newer version. The problem i am getting in updating to 2.xx version is that “My post links redirects back to my homepage itself when i upgrade”
@surace – That would not be a NextGEN Gallery issue on its own although it could be a conflict with another active plugin.
You could try deactivating all of your plugins and temporarily switching to a default WordPress Twenty series theme before updating … this would help to ensure a baseline installation and should also allow for better troubleshooting to sort out that issue.
If it persists at that small of an installation then you might consider submitting a Bur Report (http://www.nextgen-gallery.com/report-bug/ … please reference this topic) with your site specifics so we can have a closer look.
Thanks!

I have found a bug bro, Now when i disable flash upload, images get’s upload. So the error now is unable to upload through flash upload after updating it. Can you help me in rectifying this.
I am currently running WP 3.8 and NextGen 1.9.13
I am cautious about updating to NextGen 2.x as I updated it last year (after WP upgrade, and everything broke) so I rolled it back to the previous version.
My galleries are working okay now except I cannot adjust the thumbnail view. The UI to customize the thumbnail view does not display the image and I cannot manipulate it.
Is everyone able to upgrade to the latest NextGen? Or should I stay with the old version and just deal with the thumbnail issue?
here’s an example gallery: http://www.ithacarollerderby.com/bluestockings/
Thank you.
@kilenc9 – It would be best for you to start your own topic as you are describing what I would consider a different issue than what @surace started with.
Thanks!

@kilenc9 – Thanks! I have responded to that topic so we can carry on our conversation there.
