Hi, can you provide a link to the plugin page ?
We need to download it to test the compatibility.
Thanks

Hi @anakal
looks like we’re not able to reproduce the issue.
Also it seems that in the page you linked the images are correctly shown, did you fix it then?

about two months ago the company web-Dorado the edge of the template code (entering the administrator area of my website) and the problem corrected, but when I update the Template customizr version 3.4.35 the problem reappeared.
Hi @anakal,
thanks for the info.
Though I see you’re running v 3.4.35 on your website and that page shows fine.
Do you mean that they fixed it again entering your admin area?

no, not normally shows the album.
Please there : http://kaltsas.net/en/galleries-2/ click on the boudoir-nude or on the Portfolio en.
After you click on any album you will find that the thumbnails are not displayed, except their frames.
Actually I find that the thumbnails are displayed.

That’s what I see clicking on (e.g.) boudoir-nude
Which browser and operating system are you using?

answer from web-dorado:
Dear PANAGIOTIS,
Now the issue is fixed, the issue comes from the theme you are using, not the photo gallery plugin. We have fixed it, but for not having it once again contact your theme support tell them the problem and ask to fix it.
Best Regards,
Suzie

Hi @anakal,
thanks for the feedback.
We’ve been able to reproduce the issue.
We’re working on a fix.
It’s related to the feature “Load images on scroll”.
If you happen to encounter this issue again (not sure what the plugin author did to fix it, whether in our code or in theirs) you will want to disable the following option:
Appearance -> Customize -> Advanced options -> Website Performances -> Load images on scroll
(remember to clean both server side – if any – and brower’s caches)
