Problem assigning publication to users

    The teachPress publication database has a user filter on the front-end. Initially I was able to work with it – although I am probably not entirely using this feature as intended; I createde a user called ‘Pre-project publications’, see http://www.moralmarkets.org/researchproject-output/project-publications/, especially to make this a filter option for the publication list.

    But I don’t recall how I did this and now that I want to assign publications to other users (i.e. sub-projects of our project), I no longer seem to be able to do so. When I add a new publication, users that I created later do not show up as possible users to ‘bookmark’.

    What am I doing wrong here?

    Hi,

    The trick is simple: Login as this user and assign one publication, then the user is available in the bookmark box.
    Why? The plugin shows only users in the bookmark box, which have assigned at least one publication to exclude users which don’t use the plugin.
