Recently I have setup a woocommerce to create an eshop. I have install WooCommerce PayPal Payments and connected it with my Business paypal account. For testing purposes i have set up the plugin in sandbox mode. I have create a test product. When im in chechout page and press the Gold paypal button or the black button to pay with credit card. I get 2 errors.

INVALID_PARAMETER_SYNTAX The value of a field does not conform to the expected format.
INVALID_STRING_LENGTH The value of a field is either too short or too long.

While searching to solve the errors i find that need to change the SKU. But nothing the problems do not solve.

Do you known how to solve this problem.

    Thank you.

    Hello @jameskat

thank you for reaching out to us. Would it be possible to switch your sandbox account so its located in the US.

Can you please deactivate all other plugins during your tests please too? The SKU you already changed. Thats good because the amount of characters are limited.

We need to try to figure out what cause the issue on your site.

    Have a nice day
    Kind regards
    Andreas

    Hello @jameskat

I just saw the same on another support request. You can most likely resolve this by disconnecting and reconnecting the account to the plugin, using the connect wizard. The user ID is probably not saved correctly, and onboarding the plugin will correct this.

The location of the WooCommerce settings will not affect the policy, but will most likely not resolve this issue.
Please let me know if this helps you resolve the issue.

    Kind regards,
    Joost
