Problem auto scroll page

I have a problem with the menu, everything is perfect the menu I have it inside a sticky header, the problem is when I hover to any menu item the page goes to the top no matter if I am in the middle of the page or to the bottom, it is as if I scroll to the top but it is not a scroll but automatically jumps to that position and it is something super annoying I want to display the menu but the page does not want to move.
