Hi, a couple of months ago I’ve made a backup of my website with the plugin because I need to change the host.

Yesterday I’ve start a new wordpress installation in the new host, and when I try to install the backup.zip that I had download on my external drive, i had an error and this is the debug code: BMI-9pYrcYV6-63093

I’ve try to upload the entire file on the folder that the plug-in suggest, and it is not recognize…
When I’ve try to open the .zip I see that inside, i can’t found the two files:
    bmi_backup_manifest.json
    bmi_logs_thisbackup
These two files existe in other backup that I’ve done before…. In my folder thare are only two sub-folder:
    db_tables
    wordpress

So… what can i do to restore my website in my new webhost??

    Hello @kinolab07 ,

Your backup file in question may be broken or incomplete. This can be caused by damaged files included in the backup, commonly from other backup plugins.

    1. If you still have access to the source site –

Please make new backup with these settings applied:
Open first section of the plugin named: “What will be backed up?”
Find subsection named: “Exclude by folder / file name (case-sensitive)”
Here add these three rules, like on image: https://prnt.sc/9oftADPd_Z7e
    – Save first section once you do that

Then follow these steps on the website where you created your backup:

    1. Go to “Other options” section
    2. Change backup method: https://prnt.sc/1s1ofpa
    3. Disable PHP CLI checking: https://prnt.sc/1sljr31
    4. Enable alternate download method: https://prnt.sc/1slr41w
    5. Save “Other options” section
    6. Force stop both processes: https://prnt.sc/1trv1tm

Once backup finish, check if it’s visible on backup(s) list and copy backup URL from here.

Go to the website where you want to restore that backup:

    1. Go to “Other options” section
    2. Disable PHP CLI checking: https://prnt.sc/1sljr31
    3. Save “Other options” section
    4. Force stop both processes: https://prnt.sc/1trv1tm

Now you can start restoration with Super-Quick Migration module once again.

If that won’t work, please repeat the “force both processes to stop” step.
Once you do that, download your backup and try to upload it manually.

You can upload your backup via FTP, cPanel or our Upload Area.

Let me know if that resolves your issue 🙂

    2. If you don’t have access to the source site any more, please send us an email with the reference/URL to this ticket, we might try to fix the backup file for you.

    Thank you!
