To be more precise, on this page, when you switch from the original language(IT) to any translation, the calendar completely stops working. By returning the original language(IT) everything works correctly.

Hi,
I believe it is because GTranslate tries to translate the calendar (dates) which causes the issue. You can simply specify in the code that the calendar does not need to be translated with notranslate class and that should be it.
How to skip translations?
Unfortunately I am not familiar with the booking plugin and I cannot provide you the exact file which needs to be modified, but you can try to contact the plugin support and ask for more specific instructions.
