Problem, can't log into wp-admin

    Every time I visit my domain at wp-admin it says this

    Warning: Cannot modify header information – headers already sent by (output started at /home/garyhanna/psynema.com/wp-content/plugins/timthumb-vulnerability-scanner/class-cg-tvs-plugin.php:258) in /home/garyhanna/psynema.com/wp-includes/pluggable.php on line 1121

    No clue how to fix this. I have the recent version of wordpress.
