    Good morning, I have a problem displaying the colors in the country selection drop-down menu: the font is white on white. Why?

    Good morning, the problem occurs on the backend side. I tried to install wordpress and woocommerce locally and I have the same problem (without any additional plugins).

    Hi @fabiomaticus

    Could you please confirm if the issue persists with a default WordPress theme or Storefront?

    Also, is there any CSS added to your website? It would also help if you could provide the page, so we can inspect it.

    My site is babisashop.com, but I also installed locally on my computer only wordpress and woocommerce: the problem remains

    I checked your website, and the country drop-down menu is working as expected on the checkout page.

    Could you please share more details and attach a copy of your system status? You can find it via WooCommerce > Status.     In the image where ita is written in the search area, as you can see, the drop-down menu has an empty line, but there it says “Usaudi Arabia” in white with a white background. Even in the image with Italy written in the search, there is a white line but instead it says Italy.

    I’ve tested your babisashop.com on several different browsers, such as Google Chrome, Firefox, Opera, Safari, and Blisk. I even took the initiative to test it on some mobile devices. I’m happy to report that both the country and state dropdown options are functioning perfectly from my end.

    However, since the first item on the dropdown appears in white, it could indicate a site or browser cache issue on your side. An excellent first step to troubleshooting this would be to try clearing your browser and site’s cache. This can often help in resolving general site loading or performance issues.

    I give up. This is the third time I’ve said that the problem is on the backend side, but you reply that the problem isn’t on the frontend side. Fourth time: the problem is on the baking side!!!!

    I apologize for any confusion earlier. After reviewing all your responses, I understand you’re facing issues on the backend side of your site.

    Let’s try to get this sorted. Could you try deactivating all plugins except WooCommerce and switching to a default theme like Storefront to see if the problem persists? Also, what about using a browser other than your current one?

    Can you share the steps to replicate the issue? Are you having this issue in the WooCommerce setting or somewhere else?

    Rest assured, I couldn’t replicate the issue using WooCommerce and Storefront’s latest version on my testing site.
