Please check if your webserver has CURL support and allow_url_fopen enabled in the php.ini. You can ask your hosting support for help.

well, I have this plugin up and running since 6 months and never had an issue. I use siteground. Are you sure you do not have an issue on your side?
By the way: I have the same issue on two different sites.

Update: Massive Problem (!) Your Plugin does not let any leads go through anymore. I run paid ads on a submission form and get the feedback for every email-adress to be spam. I needed to deactivate your plugin now and am not sure if I ever will reactivate it again – to be honest.

Update: I tried again when logged in and using your link again. Now it worked.
