We’ve troubleshot the issue you’re facing. Can you kindly change your Freshsales setting as mention below,
– Freshsales settings > Leads Module > if there is any required field except the last name then kindly disable it.

Hi,
I have not solved anything. When you configured the plugin it worked even if I could send name and name. Then, since you finished, he has never gone and the problems of before have returned.
I decided to give up the plugin and I will put the data by hand on freshsales.
