Problem dokan doesn’t apply the commission

Hi,I have created a marketplace with Dokan in WordPress, but one of my sellers has sold a product and Dokan has given them both the money for the product and the shipping. Dokan should send me the percentage commission and the money for the shipping that the customer paid. I have already anticipated those payments. What can I do to get the money for the commission and shipping to me for the next sale?I have a commission in general, and I have also put it in the seller’s profile just in case. I did a test, but it is still the same.Thank you, i use woocommerce gateaway but it supposed to send all to the admin
