Problem email notification – Admin Aproval user

Hi, I have a problem with the User registration Plugin.
When I create a new user, the email of “New User” is not sent to the administrator box. I did the test with email checker as mentioned in docs, and the linking works correctly.

The new user notification works perfect to the new users, the problem is just in admin notification. Could you help me?
