did u tried pasting the embed code for the video ?
Yes. But the documentation for embedding a video in a comment says there is no need to use embed code. Furthermore, when I used the embed code, the link came out funny-looking after the comment was published.

I’m not able to embed YouTube videos in comments, whether it’s others’ WP blogs or my own. Since the process to do so is straightforward (simply copy and paste the video’s URL on a line by itself in the comment box), I don’t know what I could be doing wrong. I’m using Thesis as my theme, but that doesn’t explain why I’m not able to embed in other blog’s comments. Thanks in advance for any help or advice.
