Problem fetching posts with emoji

    Hello,
    Some posts with emojis cannot be fetched and causing problems.

    The images immigrate but it breaks the code: It ends up with unclosed “a” tag at the middle of description.(example code below)

    These are emojis I found that cause the issue:
    🌞
    👌
    ☕
    🍰
    🍞
    😛
    🌭
    🍔
    👩🏼‍🍳

    Can it be prevented?
    And What can I do for those already updated posts?
